Aluminum Angle is an extruded aluminum product. Aluminium side radius corners are intended for all structural applications where greater strength is required. Aluminum Angle is available in grade 6063-T6. Known 6063 in the metal industry as an architectural alloy, is widely used to contain, protect, reinforce and support. Such as window frames, doors, rails, posts etc.

Custom Aluminum Extrusion Profiles

Design

Please prepare accurate 2D and 3D drawings or samples of your product. We prefer CAD format and DXF format for 2D, STP format and STEP for 3D. It is best to have 2D drawings with critical dimensions and detailed tolerances.

Material Selection

Mold design

Direct Extrusion

In this process, a high-pressure ram forces the aluminium billet or heated aluminum through a heated walled container. We often use direct extrusion due to its more significant profile designs and superior quality finishing capabilities.
 

Indirect Extrusion

We provide top-grade aluminum extrusions using indirect extrusion, where the billet and container move together while the die is stationary. This method reduces friction, ensures better heat control, and results in superior grain structure and mechanical properties.
 

Hot, Warm, Cold Extrusion

We offer hot, warm, and cold aluminum extrusion services. Hot extrusion heats the billet beyond recrystallization, while warm and cold stay below this point, enhancing the aluminum’s strength and hardness.
